The Cuban Federation and the National Chess, sponsored by the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER), are pleased to invite you to participate at the 46 International Tournament Capablanca in Memoriam, to be held in the capital country located in the Hotel Habana Riviera, from 10 to 21 May 2011.

Groups System
It will play a Round Robin in closed groups: Elite (2 turns) and Premier (1 lap). In both cases made ​​the list by invitation with the goal of XVIII and XIX categories in the main and XIV in the second.
In groups Open will be played by 10-round Swiss system.
In the first internationally titled players participate in the case of national rated above 2300 for men and 2100 for women and foreigners with similar characteristics
In the second national participation elo players from 2200 to 2299 in men, and from 2000 to 2099 in women. For foreigners it is open, with the prerequisite of registration fee.
