Great Chess Tournament in Pamplona

1. The tournament will take place between 27 July and 2 August 2009.2. The tournament venue is the Hotel "Iruña Park" located on the street Arcadio María Larraona, No. 1, Pamplona (Navarra).

3. The deadline for entries is July 25, 2009 at 20:00.
Registration fees must be paid by a deposit in the account number 2054 0067 15 3000001660 stating name and surname of the player.
The registration fee is 30 €
GM, IM and higher rated players of 2400: a free registration.Confirmation of registration will be made by phone             696 185 105       (Javier) or email javierpmarchal@hotmail.com.
The registration fee must be paid before the end of the first round and can be eliminated from the tournament participants who do not meet this requirement.
4. The tournament will be played using the Swiss system of emparejameinto and pace of play is 90 minutes per player for the entire game plus 30 seconds for each move made.
5. This tournament is governed by the FIDE regulations in force, which are subject to all participants during the course of the competition.
6. The schedule of rounds of play will be as follows:

Default and free time
7. The double-appearance of a player or an unjustified absence will cause their elimination from the tournament. Faculty will be the elimination of the Organization of the player who fails to appear at the first round.
8. Players will have free time half an hour. Any player who is brought before the board with more than thirty minutes behind the scheduled time for the start of the session, lost his starting by default.
Initial ranking matches
9. The criteria for ranking inicail training will, in this order, the following:
FIDE RatingTitleNational Rating (FEDA or equivalent) and regionalAlphabetical order.10. The pairings will be made by computer.

The clashes in the first round will be announced in the Opening Ceremony of the tournament.
12. Claims will be addressed only to the match in the event that the confrontation complained suppose one of the following situations:
Facing the same team twice.Play with the same color for the third time (except the last round.)Playing with a color three times more than the other (except the last round.)13. It may take a maximum of three days of rest that will add half a point to those already obtained so far by the player.
The application of one of these days of rest must be communicated in writing to the referees before the end of the round before that in which you want to enjoy the rest.The breaks in the last two rounds will disable those who receive access to awards.Tie
14. Ties in the final standings will be resolved by the following systems and in the order given below:

15. The Appeal Committee shall consist of:
Two players and two alternates.The Tournament Director (alternate representative organization), acting as President.16. Any claim to an arbitration award should be directed to the Appeals Committee in writing immediately after the occurrence of the situation complained of. If this is not possible, then the referee announced the intention to bring the action, which was drawn up immediately and as members of the Committee are met.
17. The decisions of this Committee shall be final for all purposes.
