1 - System competition. The tournament will be played according to the FIDE Swiss System-based rating, 8 rounds.

 2 - Rhythm game. Each player will have 12 '+ 5 "increment per move.

3 - Rigging. There will be using the "Swiss Manager.

4 - Schedule of play. The game schedule is as follows:
-Morning: Round 1, 10:00 pm / Round 2, 10:50 pm / Round 3, 11:40 pm / Round 4, 12:30 pm / Round 5, 13:20 pm
- Afternoon: Round 6, 16:00 pm / Round 7, 16:50 pm / Round 8, 17:50 pm

5 - walkover. The waiting time is 12 minutes from the start of the round. Any player not present, without cause, in the first round or two rounds, although not consecutive, will be eliminated from the tournament.

6 - Awards. The awards ceremony is scheduled at 7 pm, approximately.

7 - Evaluation. The tournament will be assessed by ELO Catalan with K / 2.

8 - tiebreakers. In case of tie, apply the following criteria: average Bucholz, Bucholz Cut 1, Sum of Bucholz, always with corrections of FIDE. The order of tiebreakers will be drawn at the end of the last round of the tournament. If the tie persists, there will be a draw between the tied players.

9 - Organization. The Tournament Director will be Mr. George Albanell. Part of the Organizing Committee, a representative of the EC Calldetenes, a representative of C.E. Squirrel and a representative of the School Chess filmed. The referee of the tournament will be a referee called the FCdE. The decisions of the referee are final.

10 - Mobile. Apply the rules of FIDE, which prohibits the use of mobile phones during the game session.

11 - claims form. There will be a form of FCdE to claims available to all players.

12 - Regulations. If any item is not included in these rules shall apply the rules of FIDE and FCdE.

REGISTRATION

13 - The tournament is open to all those players graduated into force of the Catalan FCdE with a rating not exceeding 2400 points in the latest published list. If you do not have it, accepting players of FIDE license in force and a FIDE rating of not more than 2300 points in the latest published list. I both cases, the minimum age is 15 years. Entries that do not meet this requirement will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.

14 - Facing the initial ranking, will be considered first and then ELO FIDE ELO Catalan.

15 - To participate in the tournament must pay a fee of 16 € (General), 12 € (members of the School Chess filmed, over 65s and under-16). The fees paid to current account 2059-0940-06-8000267719 (UNNIM) before May 14 will have a discount of € 3. Must indicate the surname of the player, club and ELO FCdE.

16 - In addition to paying the fee, each player is asked to use one of the following two ways for registration: 1) call 606 567 698 (Roger flavor) or 616716255 (Vladimir Zaiats), or 2) send an email to sabo191280@hotmail.com. The data required are: name and surname, birth year, and FIDE ELO FCdE (if the player has the latter) club. In case of registration by email each player will receive a confirmation email. If this email does not arrive in 5 days, please resubmit your information. The tournament registration entitles you to a gift. Registration will close on 20 May at 22:00.

17 - Participation in the tournament involves the acceptance by the player, all standards set out in these rules.


AWARDS

18 - The prizes will be distributed in the tournament are as follows:

A. Overall
1. First place: $ 200 + trophy.
2. According place: 120 Euro + trophy.
3. Third place: 60 euros + trophy.
4. Fourth place: 30 euros.
5. Fifth place: 16 Euros.
B. Classification sections
ELO 1st place on the section from 1700 to 1850: 30 Euro + medal;
2nd place: 16 euros + medal.
ELO 1st place on the section from 1851 to 2000: 30 Euro + medal;
2nd place: 16 euros + medal.
The sections will be determined according FCdE ELO. If you do not have it, apply Fide rating increased 100 points. The Organizing Committee has the power of approval, before the tournament, any different from FCdE rating and FIDE.
C. Special Awards
Award Organizing Committee revelation player of the tournament.
Prize ($ 50) ranked the best player in the federal Osona clubs.
