ELIGIBLE TO PLAY:
Group A - SMURFS: children under 8 years old (born in 2003 or later),
Group B - Gargamel: children under 11 (born in 2000 or later), having at least the fourth category of chess,
Group C - MŁODZICY: players under 14 (born in 1997 or younger, with at least Category II or FIDE rating)
Group D - JUNIORS: up to 18 years (born 1993 and younger, with at least Category II or FIDE rating)
Group E - KLAKIERZY: Tournament open to all,
Group F: Students Master Blaszczak, VIPs - people invited
Tournament C and D are reported to assess the FIDE.

GAME RULES AND EVALUATION OF RESULTS: apply the current rules of the game and the Code of FIDE Chess. Effective writing and staging the party moves through the chess clock. A busy place determines the number of points scored, in case of equal amount will be decided by the auxiliary score: small Buchholz, Buchholz, progress, number of wins, Berger, lot. In group C and D, there is the opportunity to acquire the central category, while in groups A, B and E, there is an opportunity to gain from V to II category, inclusive.
A player may be late for the round of 30 minutes.
In the event spaces make and accept proposals for a tie before 30 moves.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS: The tournament registration fee is 60 zł in groups C and D and 35 zł in groups A, B and E, is included in this fee-classification and ranking. Polish Championships medalists in 2011 and to Europe and the world from the year 2010 in classical chess, are exempt from the fee.

AWARDS:
In all groups trophy for first place, and groups A, B, C and D - also the best among the girls.
In groups A, B, C and D, medals for places 1-3, in groups A and C are also medals for 1-3 place among girls.
Diplomas in all groups for places 1-6, in groups A and C, all participants will receive diplomas.
In groups A, B, C, D and E - at least 30% of the participants of the group receives an attractive prize, in groups C and D for the first 3 places are cash prizes, while the other prizes, the prizes. Gymnasts who receive trophies or medals for busy place, they get the rewards, even when not occupied places among the top 30%. The amount of prize money:
Group C (Młodzicy) - 1 m - 500 zł, 2 m. - 350 zł, 3 m. - 250 zł.
Group D (Juniors) - 1 m - 400 zł, 2 m. - 300 zł, 3 m. - 200 zł.
In groups A and C are all nienagrodzeni receive gifts. Gift by all participants also receive group F.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The organizer is available accommodations at prices ranging from 33 to 60 zł per night + about 13 zł for breakfast.
